The fund will focus on early stage and mid-market companies in IT, Engineering and Healthcare, the same as the first fund. The fund will look for investment opportunities in companies having a large growth potential, pricing power through technological advantage or an oligopolistic market situation, strong management team with hands on experience and an opportunity to invest at a discount to the intrinsic value.

We have a stable investment team since inception. The Fund is likely to benefit from our fund manager's acumen of identifying entrepreneurs with the potential of scaling up their companies by order of magnitude and making them a leader in their space.
