Iopsis Software entered the business by offering products and services in the web-services space. Based on its in-house intellectual property, the company had developed web services toolkit that was bundled along with complementary offerings from two of the global leaders in web-services.
However, web-services initiative did not take off as expected. Considering this, the company has changed its focus towards software development services and business process outsourcing.
The Fund has fully divested from the Company in the year 2006
